Kitsap Humane Society has been serving the residents of Kitsap County since 1908. Every year we provide immediate care and shelter to thousands of companion animals who are homeless, lost, ill, and in need of an advocate.  In 2010 alone we re-homed over 4,200 pets! Our spay and neuter program altered around 3,600 animals, helping to drastically reduce pet overpopulation. 

 

Our Mission Statement: The Kitsap Humane Society is an independent non-profit committed to providing positive life-changing solutions to people and companion animals. We do so by:

 Accepting, sheltering, and rehabilitating companion animals in need.

 Providing humane rescue, protection, prevention, adoption, and education services.

 Implementing progressive life-saving and life-affirming programs.

 Creatively collaborating and partnering with our region and supporters to build a model humane community.

 

 


 
Stephanie Klink's Story
Please join me in the fundraising effort for this humane society. Tommy and I walked this last year and had a blast! We are trying to beat our fundraising about last year so any help you can give would be amazing!

I am walking this in memory of Marshmellow, who was hit and killed on St Patricks day this year. It was a tough loss for Andy and I, and even Tommy.

Please help me in raising as much as we can for this amazing no-kill shelter. The humane society does such an amazing job and could use our help!
